Because services require the allocation of time, expertise, research, and labor, refunds will not be provided once work has begun.

If a client chooses not to continue after purchasing a service, no refund will be issued for work already performed or time reserved for the project.

REVISIONS

Clients are entitled to revisions that are included with their purchased service package.

Any revision requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the completed product or service deliverable. Revision requests received after the 24-hour window may be subject to additional fees or may require the purchase of a new service.

Revisions are intended to correct errors, update information provided by the client prior to service completion, or make reasonable adjustments to the delivered work. Requests for extensive rewrites, substantial content changes, or changes resulting from information omitted during the initial intake process may incur additional charges.

Failure to request revisions within 24 hours of delivery will constitute acceptance of the completed product or service as delivered.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

By purchasing from WFH Tea With Ken B, you agree to contact us directly regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider.

We maintain records of transactions, communications, service delivery, downloads, email transmissions, and project completion. These records may be provided as evidence in response to payment disputes.

Submitting a chargeback after receiving digital products or completed services may be considered a violation of these terms.
